Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds at this time. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at antherosfragrances@gmail.com
Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
